My Hatha yoga practice began eight years ago as a path for self awareness. Yoga helped with concentration, increase in energy, deepened breathe, and healthy weight loss. A knew fire was then stoked in my practice when I found Vinyasa Yoga, but it wasn't until a series of San Francisco bicycle accidents mixed with city-shocked nerves from the day to day that I found my love for Restorative Yoga. Now many styles of Yoga are practiced in my life on and off the mat. The most beneficial part of my practice has been devoted consistency.

•200hr Yoga Alliance teacher training completed at Yoga Tree in San Francisco, CA. Teachers include Darren Main, Janet Stone, Jamie Lindsay, Elise Lorimer, Chris Thompkins, and Scott Blossom
•20hr Relax and Renew Restorative teacher training completed with Judith Lasater
